Advantanges of using Curtis Road Self-Storage

24-HOUR ACCESS
You have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Your personal gate code gives you access to the facility.

SECURITY
Our facility is protected by bright lighting, and 24 x 7 video surveillance cameras, and will have full perimeter fencing, with keypad access. 

TEMERATURE CONTROL
We also have temperature-controlled units available, for your temperature-sensitive items. These spaces are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.

VARIETY OF SIZES
We have many storage unit sizes available, from a small 5'x5' space to a large 20'x40' space. Roof heights are at least 10' tall; higher for large spaces.

CENTRAL LOCATION
We are conveniently located to serve Champaign-Urbana, Savoy, Tolono and other surrounding communities.

FLEXIBLE RENTAL TERMS
Our minimum rental agreement is 30 days. After that, the terms are month-to-month, paid in advance. We do not require a long-term lease, but may have special rates for long-term rentals.

OUTDOOR STORAGE
We also have outdoor storage spaces available for motor homes, boats, and trailers within our facility.
